Before you begin
- The web portal address (`http://localhost:3000` or production URL).
- Your authorized corporate email address.
- Your secure password.
Step 1. Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari).
Step 2. Navigate to the LMS sign-in address.
Step 3. In the Username or email field, enter your corporate email address.
Step 4. In the Password field, enter your password.
Step 5. Click Sign in.
What you should see
Your Workforce Command Center opens, displaying real-time metrics and your account initials in the top right corner.
Helpful tips
- Passwords are case-sensitive. Verify Caps Lock is disabled before typing.
- If your organization uses single sign-on or corporate password policies, contact your training coordinator for assistance.
If something goes wrong
- Authentication failed error appears.
- Retype your credentials carefully. If problems persist, request a password reset through your training coordinator.
- Account temporarily locked notification.
- Multiple incorrect attempts trigger a security lock. Wait 10 minutes or contact administrative support.
