The menu on the left is how you move around. You see only the screens a guardian account can open.

Note
There is no Reports screen on a guardian account. Everything you need is on My team and Performance.
On a phone or tablet
On a small screen the menu is hidden. Tap the menu button in the top left corner to open it.
