| Status | Operational Definition |

| Published | Course syllabus is complete, certified, and actively accepting cohort enrollments. |
| Running | Instructional classes and cohort sessions are actively underway. |
| Completed | Cohort teaching has concluded and final assessments are marked. |
| Draft | Curriculum is currently undergoing instructional design or quality review. |
| Archived | Historical course retired from active scheduling but preserved for transcript audits. |
